China M Business Visa Requirements
People who come to China for commercial trade activities or Business purpose
1.Passport: Passport valid for at least 6 months with blank visa page
2.Old passport: if the old passport has a valid visa
3.Visa required information sheet (we will send the sheet to you)
4.Digital photo: You can take it with your phone with white background
5.Proof of applicant's residence address in the U.S.: Copy of driver's license, bank statement, utility bill, etc.
6.Invitation letters such as business activity documents and invitations to economic and trade fairs issued by trade partners in China. The invitation letter must contain the following contents:
a. personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, etc.;
b. information on the visit of the invitee: reason for coming to China, date of arrival and departure, place of visit, relationship with the inviting company or inviter, source of expenses, etc.;
c. information on the inviting unit: name, address, contact number, seal of the company, signature of the legal representative or inviter of the company.

7. If the applicant is a third country citizen in the U.S.: Please provide proof of legal stay in the U.S. and proof of detention (e.g. green card, visa, I-20, I-94 form, etc.)
8. If the name recorded in the foreign passport is not the same on other documents , you must also provide a document issued by the relevant official to prove the change of name
